The ICUA is a collective of independent cadet organizations that are not MOD affiliated, the ICUA are dedicated to enhancing unit management and fostering collaboration among its members. By providing a platform for knowledge sharing, comprehensive training, and resource exchange, the ICUA empowers cadet units to operate more effectively and efficiently. Through the ICUA it is hoped that we can establish and maintain ethical guidelines and standards of professional practice.
